The Pieceful app and this website, including the Pieceful name and logo, the app's design, illustrations, icons, backgrounds, sounds, music, text and software code, are owned by or licensed to Ibrahim Hassan and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

2. What You May Do

You may download and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, as described in our Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or publish the App or any of its content (including its artwork, sounds or puzzle pictures) without written permission, except where the law or a picture's own license allows it.

3. Third-Party Content

Some parts of the App belong to others and are used under their licenses:

• Puzzle photos from Wikimedia Commons (via Openverse) and Unsplash (via Lorem Picsum) remain the property of their photographers. They are used under CC0, the Public Domain Mark, Creative Commons Attribution or the Unsplash License, and the App credits them under each puzzle.
• Fonts (Fredoka and Nunito) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Open-source software is used under the licenses listed on our Licenses page.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to refer to their services.

4. Reporting a Copyright Concern

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe that a picture or other content in the App infringes your copyright, please email ahmadnasser.aff@gmail.com with:

• Your name and how to contact you
• A description of the work you own, and where it appears in the App (for example a screenshot of the puzzle and its credit)
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner

We will review every notice promptly and remove or credit content where appropriate. Pictures that come from third-party services can also be reported to those services directly (for example through Wikimedia Commons or Unsplash).
